Terms of service.

All payments must be made in full, 2 weeks prior to training dates.
Payment will secure your place. All courses have limited delegate spaces available.

Dermatherapy School Of Beauty reserves the right to change course dates. Fees will be refunded only if a course is cancelled by Dermatherapy School of Beauty.

All courses once purchased are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend we will endeavour re book the course at no extra cost, 2 weeks maximum notice will apply.

Receipt for your booking and payment confirmation will be emailed individually through bookwhen which is our required link to secure booking fee for training.

The bookwhen email is your receipt and reinforces confirmation of training . It will state amount paid and amount owed.

Booking is not complete/confirmed unless done through BOOKWHEN. If you do not pay deposit through bookwhen your agreement is void within 72 hours. We will send one reminder and if no correspondence within 24 hours your training will be cancelled

If you are setting up a payment plan, deposit/booking fee is still paid on book when and payment plan will be sent separately through an external company

Please note that if the course is cancelled less than 5 days prior to training, the booking fee is non refundable but may be transferable depending on the circumstances. This is down to the discretion of the management.

If your course has required the payment of registration fees (VTCT/CIBTAC) please understand that the fees will be deducted before any refund given if any as these are non refundable to us as a centre.

As booking fees are paid via paypal, if you require a refund this will be less the fees paid out to paypal, If we cancel training you will receive the full cost back

We reserve the right to change, refuse, cancel training within a reasonable time and refunds, transfers are arranged as appropriate

You are responsible for ensuring you are able to gain insurance for the training you partake.

We give advice as per requisites but cannot represent individual insurances. No refund can be given in such instance.

We offer life time support to our learners but do not hold responsibility or liability on services you complete after training.

Upon accepting these terms and conditions e it is presumed you understand and agree to the terms.

We are proud to be working towards a paperless centre. This enables us to not only keep our costs down, but also is environmentally friendly. Course materials and certificates are supplied free of charge. If you want hard (paper) copies of resources a charge will be incurred

Dermatherapy School of Beauty will endeavour to check all pre-requisites prior to courses. However it is YOUR responsibility to ensure you can gain insurance and are able to carry out such treatments. Dermatherapy cannot hold any responsibility for treatments carried out of the training centre

VTCT /ITEC ONLY

Our goal with our vocational VTCT Level 2 & 3 courses is to make sure you have the highest quality and best foundational learning possible.

We intentionally keep our groups small to ensure you get the level of support you need and to give less of a ‘classroom’ feel to the day.

We strive to provide, what we believe, is the highest level of service in the UK, and therefore our team puts a lot of time and effort into your learning experience, organising staff, admin, enrolment, organising models, learning material, tutor support etc.

Therefore, attendance for the days that have been booked must be honoured, not just for yours or our benefit, but to make sure the other attendees of the course have the best experience too as training is often interactive.

Therefore, we cannot accept last minute cancellations and we cannot reallocate your space to another student, meaning the following will apply.

Cancellations: We cannot accept any cancellations, if you purchase this course and wish to cancel, we cannot refund the course fee.

Postponement (moving to another date): We will not accept postponing this course with less than 3 week’s notice from your training. Any postponement within 3 weeks of your training will require evidence of an extremely valid reason. Any postponement without evidence will incur a £250 admin fee to reallocate your training schedule.
